En blanco y negro

Mi inspiración para escribir está como el título de mi entrada, en blanco y negro... Bueno, mejor dicho, más negro que blanco... Así que mejor será que recurra a las imágenes que valen más que mil palabras.

Este es mi último bolso que está realizado a partir de un gráfico de origami.

Es el bolso que acabo de terminar; otra de esas maravillas que enseñan las chicas del "Pretty Quilt".

En el interior unos bolsillos para cubrir mis necesidades: cuaderno de notas, bolígrafo y lápiz...

Y en el exterior otro bolsillo para tener el móvil siempre a mano.

Estoy contentísima con el resultado sobre todo porque cuando vaya en autobús, metro, etc... iré de lo más entretenida leyendo "The Kitty Chronical" jajaja...

Para el día a día

Sigo aprendiendo con mis profes de "Pretty Quilt". Son unas verdaderas profesionales haciendo bolsos... Son capaces de hacer en tela cualquier bolso, mochila, neceser... Las podéis encontrar en facebook!!!
Este es el segundo que hago guiada por ellas...

Peligro, ¡¡¡muy contagioso!!!

Hace unas semanas estuvo aquí mi hermana pasando unos días de vacaciones y apredió a hacer el bolso que aparece en mi entrada "Con mucho color".Volvió a España con el "virus del quilting" y... ¡¡¡HA CONTAGIADO A MI MADRE!!!
Ayer me sorprendió con estas fotos...

A few weeks ago my sister was here spending a few days off and she learned to make the bag appear in my entry "Con mucho color".

She returned to Spain with the "virus of quilting" and... MY MOTHER HAS INFECTED! 

Yesterday she surprised me with these photos...

¿Evitar las largas esperas?

En un país donde el tráfico es terrible, donde sabes a qué hora sales pero nunca a la que llegas... hay que hacer algo por si te adelantas y toca esperar.
Eso es lo que me pasa cuando voy a recoger a mis hijos al colegio.
Generalmente salgo de casa con tiempo más que suficiente por si me encuentro con que el tráfico está pésimo: unas veces llego con el tiempo justo porque el tráfico es muuuuuuuy lento (toca poner la radio y cantar en el coche) y otras me sobra una hora (ahí toca esperar en la puerta del cole).
Para la opción A "cantar en el coche", con las ventanillas cerradas y los cristales ahumados, paso desapercibida =)
Y para la opción B "esperar en la puerta del cole" me he hecho esta bolsita para llevar mis herramientas de quilting y hacer que las esperas no sean tan largas.

In a country where the traffic is terrible, where you know at what time you leave but never at what time you get back ... something must be done if you go ahead and have to wait. 

That's what I get when I go to pick up my children to school. 

Usually I leave home with plenty of time in case I find that the traffic jum: sometimes arrive just in time because the traffic is veeeeeeeeery slow (it's time to turn on the radio and sing in the car) and there is another spare hour (there I have to wait at the gate of school). 

For option A "singing in the car", with the windows closed and tinted windows, go unnoticed =) 

And for option B "wait at the door of the school" I made ​​this bag to carry my quilting tools and make the way not so long.

 A esto también ayuda que hace un par de semanas abrieron una cafetería justo en la puerta del cole!!!
¿¿¿Se puede pedir más???  Pues sí... He descubierto que la dueña de la cafetería es también aficionada al quilting!!! Jajaja... Estas esperas no pueden ser más agradables jajaja...

Como podeis comprobar la tela es de lo más apropiada: el marrón para mí y el negro para mi hermana, más apropiado para ella que se dedica a la costura pero orientada a los trajes; es diseñadora de trajes de flamenca y todo tipo de ropa!!! =)

Con mucho color

Este ha sido mi primer trabajo de este tipo. Quise probar a ver si era capaz de hacer uno y... creo que sí estoy capacitada para hacer este y más!!! =) 

This was my first work of this kind. I wanted to try and see if I could make one and ... I think so I'm able to do this and more!!! =)

 

Lo hice con tanto color porque será usado para llevar los juguetes de mi princesita.

I did it with that much color because it will be used to carry my little princess' toys.
